APOs & Military Bases: If you are an active service member stationed at an APO, we will try our very best to get your order to you. However, we are sometimes unable to support shipping to your location. If this is the case, we will offer a full refund.
Hotels & Temporary Addresses: We highly do not recommend shipping your order to a hotel or temporary address as it is not guaranteed that the item(s) will arrive on time or in a secure location. The delivery time stated on the tracking is an estimate and can still be subject to unexpected delays.

The original shipping fee of an order is non-refundable, except in cases where we made a shipping error. it is a great phone case. I have had it less than a month and it has started cracking on the fold. This is typical from what I am told. I do like the design and card holder. I would opt for the case that would allow my phone to charge with it on.
