Orders ship worldwide from The Netherlands with duties and taxes prepaid (DDP), so no additional charges should be applied upon delivery.

APOs & Military Bases: If you are an active service member stationed at an APO, we will try our very best to get your order to you. However, we are sometimes unable to support shipping to your location. If this is the case, we will offer a full refund.
Hotels & Temporary Addresses: We highly do not recommend shipping your order to a hotel or temporary address as it is not guaranteed that the item(s) will arrive on time or in a secure location. The delivery time stated on the tracking is an estimate and can still be subject to unexpected delays.

The original shipping fee of an order is non-refundable, except in cases where we made a shipping error. I sent the owner of this company (Sean) a message asking for a 1950’s Santa Claus. I sent him the picture I wanted. He got right to work. He sent me a proof and I loved it. Wonderful communication from Sean and the case is a was a perfect fit for my new iPhone 16 pro max cell phone. What sets these cell phone cases apart from many others is it has a clear screen inside where I put my husband’s picture. I love the texture in the material on the outside and the brilliant colors. My wallet case looks EXACTLY as shown on ETSY...design, colors, stitching, functionality. My phone does fit exactly, though, VERY snug & quite difficult to remove from the silicone case within the wallet. If you plan on removing your phone a lot, this might not be for you. No, as advertised, it is not real leather but has a similar look. I'm loving the elastic closure. It is what I searched for not knowing if there was such a closure on a phone case. When not "using" the elastic for closing, it stays out of the way of everything if you want OR it can be used as extra security for keeping your CCs/Lic in place. I've been using this case well over a week & it has held together & is not looking ragged. I HAVE dropped it a couple of times. Not being leather is a drawback, but being sewn very well helps tremendously.
