APOs & Military Bases: If you are an active service member stationed at an APO, we will try our very best to get your order to you. However, we are sometimes unable to support shipping to your location. If this is the case, we will offer a full refund.
Hotels & Temporary Addresses: We highly do not recommend shipping your order to a hotel or temporary address as it is not guaranteed that the item(s) will arrive on time or in a secure location. The delivery time stated on the tracking is an estimate and can still be subject to unexpected delays.

Any unused (no scuffs, scratches, or signs of wear), items can be returned within 30 days of the order’s delivery date for a refund or store credit.

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. A return shipping label is not provided for orders returned. We recommend mailing your return with a shipping method that includes a tracking service in case delays or exceptions occur with your return shipment.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs to us.
Once your return is delivered to us, please allow 3-7 business days for your refund or store credit to be issued. From there, it may take 3-7 business days for a refund to be processed and appear on your statement.
The original shipping fee of an order is non-refundable, except in cases where we made a shipping error. I sent the owner of this company (Sean) a message asking for a 1950’s Santa Claus. I sent him the picture I wanted. He got right to work. He sent me a proof and I loved it. Wonderful communication from Sean and the case is a was a perfect fit for my new iPhone 16 pro max cell phone. What sets these cell phone cases apart from many others is it has a clear screen inside where I put my husband’s picture. I love the texture in the material on the outside and the brilliant colors. I love the outside texture of this case and the fun way the snowman’s scarf extends into the closure tab. I sent the owner of this company (Sean) requesting a 1950’s snowman. This could not be more perfect. Sean was easy to work with and was very prompt in his correspondence. There’s a cleared window inside these cases where you can put a driver’s license or a picture. Thanks, I’m happy with the phone cover. Good quality and the matches description. It’s my first wallet style and that’s taking some getting used to, I’m not sure I’ll stick with it.
