We ship worldwide, but there are a few places we cannot currently ship to or have previously had trouble shipping to.
APOs & Military Bases: If you are an active service member stationed at an APO, we will try our very best to get your order to you. However, we are sometimes unable to support shipping to your location. If this is the case, we will offer a full refund.
Hotels & Temporary Addresses: We highly do not recommend shipping your order to a hotel or temporary address as it is not guaranteed that the item(s) will arrive on time or in a secure location. The delivery time stated on the tracking is an estimate and can still be subject to unexpected delays.

Any unused (no scuffs, scratches, or signs of wear), items can be returned within 30 days of the order’s delivery date for a refund or store credit.
Your order’s original shipping fee is non-refundable. Any items that are used, customized, or not in their original state are not valid for return and will not be accepted.

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. A return shipping label is not provided for orders returned. We recommend mailing your return with a shipping method that includes a tracking service in case delays or exceptions occur with your return shipment.
Contact us at info@calcotandjones.com and let us know what issues you may have with your purchase, once your return request is submitted, you will receive detailed instructions for mailing your item(s) back to us located either in the United States or the UK. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs to us.
Once your return is delivered to us, please allow 3-7 business days for your refund or store credit to be issued. From there, it may take 3-7 business days for a refund to be processed and appear on your statement.
The original shipping fee of an order is non-refundable, except in cases where we made a shipping error. Your refund will cover the value of the returned item(s) at the time of purchase, minus any discounts that were applied to your order. Your refund will be issued to your order's original payment method once your returned items have been received, processed, and assessed by us. We cannot refund any payment method besides the original payment method used to place the order.
If you choose an exchange for your returned item(s), your new exchange order will be processed and shipped once your returned item(s) have been received by us. If you are owed a partial refund due to a price difference in your exchange order, please refer to the Refund Policy above. My wallet case looks EXACTLY as shown on ETSY...design, colors, stitching, functionality. My phone does fit exactly, though, VERY snug & quite difficult to remove from the silicone case within the wallet. If you plan on removing your phone a lot, this might not be for you. No, as advertised, it is not real leather but has a similar look. I'm loving the elastic closure. It is what I searched for not knowing if there was such a closure on a phone case. When not "using" the elastic for closing, it stays out of the way of everything if you want OR it can be used as extra security for keeping your CCs/Lic in place. I've been using this case well over a week & it has held together & is not looking ragged. I HAVE dropped it a couple of times. Not being leather is a drawback, but being sewn very well helps tremendously.
