APOs & Military Bases: If you are an active service member stationed at an APO, we will try our very best to get your order to you. However, we are sometimes unable to support shipping to your location. If this is the case, we will offer a full refund.
Hotels & Temporary Addresses: We highly do not recommend shipping your order to a hotel or temporary address as it is not guaranteed that the item(s) will arrive on time or in a secure location. The delivery time stated on the tracking is an estimate and can still be subject to unexpected delays.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs to us.
Once your return is delivered to us, please allow 3-7 business days for your refund or store credit to be issued. From there, it may take 3-7 business days for a refund to be processed and appear on your statement.

I love the outside texture of this case and the fun way the snowman’s scarf extends into the closure tab. I sent the owner of this company (Sean) requesting a 1950’s snowman. This could not be more perfect. Sean was easy to work with and was very prompt in his correspondence. There’s a cleared window inside these cases where you can put a driver’s license or a picture. My wallet case looks EXACTLY as shown on ETSY...design, colors, stitching, functionality. My phone does fit exactly, though, VERY snug & quite difficult to remove from the silicone case within the wallet. If you plan on removing your phone a lot, this might not be for you. No, as advertised, it is not real leather but has a similar look. I'm loving the elastic closure. It is what I searched for not knowing if there was such a closure on a phone case. When not "using" the elastic for closing, it stays out of the way of everything if you want OR it can be used as extra security for keeping your CCs/Lic in place. I've been using this case well over a week & it has held together & is not looking ragged. I HAVE dropped it a couple of times. Not being leather is a drawback, but being sewn very well helps tremendously.
